The header appears at the top of every screen, providing a consistent frame for all content across an experience. It can also include navigational elements when appropriate.

The header bar and Wilmington Trust logo give this pattern visual impact and branding presence. A menu variant with available text and icon link navigation will be added soon for simple, universal actions such as Log Out as well as product specific actions.
